Purchased 8 watches at one time for gifts to friends. Watches arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I was very satisfied with the watches and the service. Friends liked the watches very much and no one has had any problems with them. Excellent transaction.

For 30% of original cost, sometimes 40 or 50 but if you know what you like you can be a little patient and a nice watch your style will be on sale. Watches are classy. People that use their phones as a watch during the day are useless with no class.

I've always recieved the NEW watch that I attempted to buy. This goes back years and they are still a excellent place to get a great brand, model, with the things that must be in the watch that make a watch your style and brand. Now that I'm not a newbie anymore and been collecting certain brands and certain models for a few / several years I know exactly what I want. Usually Swiss made, automatic with a nice bracelet for a band. Although I do have one solar powered ecodrive watch that is nice but it's becoming my work watch.
They had the brand and model I wanted with a extra 7% off so I only paid about 30% of the original price.
I've got some great Tissot. Everything was fast and the goods were new as promised.

I used to do such purchases with Ashford and drill my shop. Make real my shop has absolutely abhorrent customer service. They don't care at all about their customers. I easily spent at least $20,000 with them over about 6 or 7 years. Thus far, Ashford has not given me a problem. I hope I don't run into run if I ever need to return anything, but as for now, I'm strictly with Ashford

Nice easy transaction and found what I wanted at a great price. Shipping to the UK was pretty quick with only a minor let down due to the UK shippers taking more time than they needed. This is no reflection on Ashford or the service they provided.

The GO Senator Excellence is beautiful. Jacob with customer service at Ashford was very responsive and provided prompt answers and service. Only downside is that watch does not come with all of its original boxing. Papers and warranty are present. 4 star review in context of box.Otherwise wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Super comfortable watch, gives me go anywhere do anything g-shock vibes but in a more stylish way in my opinion. The size is just right for my slightly under 7" wrist. When purchasing I was a little concerned the 22mm strap was going to be too "thick" but it looks and feels amazing. Again, very comfortable and great looking watch. Purchasing through Ashford was quick and easy. Got delivered a day ahead of the initial estimated date. Great experience overall, highly recommend.

Easy and quick. Thank you for making that happen on your site. However, your Gucci Sunglasses are not as direct to find if you don't know how. They aren't listed under Sunglasses in your menu and when you use the search bar and type Gucci, you get two categories. The one for Gucci Sunglasses pulls no result and you get a message saying could not find. When selecting Gucci as the choice of the two categories, it pulls up the sunglasses and opticals. You are likely missing traffic and sales because of this. I am a UX Designer and UAT by trade, and I hope this helps.

I was happy that the watch was available at a discount. However, when the watch finally came, the import duties were higher than the price I paid. I could have bought the watch cheaper locally from an AD.
It would be helpful if Ashford added the import taxes at the time of purchase, an option that Jomashop offers which is quite helpful.
The contact was on feedback e-mail on receipt of purchase. The shipment was still in the US at the time so could not evaluate the delivery experience at the time.
Low prices of good quality watches.
The website is very straight forward and easy to use. They offer lots of discounts on top of the reduced prices the watches are already listed for. So glad I was introduced to this website where I can buy great watches at an even greater price point.
My husband had ordered another watch prior to this gift purchase and I was extremely impressed by the authenticity and quality of the watches on this site.
Ordering was easy. Watch shipped promptly, and was delivered well packaged. The watch was as advertised and expected. The only thing I don't like is the end of the watch band which is square rather than pointed/tapered…makes it a little awkward to feed through the clasp.

I ordered a watch for my girl friend and was so impressed with it that I wanted to get one similar to it for my self.
I recently ordered a watch from this website and was pleased with the deal I got. However, I was disappointed to find that the manufacturer's box in which the watch came was completely damaged. It's clear that the damage didn't occur during shipping but rather that the watch was shipped in this condition. While the watch itself seems fine, receiving a damaged box detracts from the overall experience, especially if the box is meant to protect or present the watch. I hope the company improves its quality control in the future.

The color of fine watch was a bit brighter on the Ashford website Van the watch received. For more accurate depictions of the watch color I recommend people go directly to the website of the Watch brand (in this case Glycine).

I placed my order and about 20minumits later saw that I placed the order for a silver body watch not the gold body one that I wanted. Called to get the order changed and was told it was already pulled and in shipping. But the customer service agent did tell me that I could request a return and exchange once I Received my order.

I have purchased from Ashford a few times and the service has always been excellent. Orders are processed and shipped quickly and usually arrive right on the estimated day. The buying process is simple, fast and you have plenty of payment options.

Prices and 100 authentic with returns if not pleased
I ordered several pairs of sunglasses, which were supposedly returned to the warehouse because UPS said something was wrong with the address. I contacted Ashford Customer Support & requested the package be reshipped. I was told that wasn't possible. I would receive a refund & then I could reorder & "As soon as our warehouse receives and processes the package, they will be in contact with you with an update.". No update & no refund, all around horrible experience.
It was good at first, but since then, terrible.
Great store, but the check-out web page was tedious and not at all intuitive, no cue, no ding, no arrow, now scroll, just can't get the order button to work. Then, during this confusion, finally, hitting the "Purchase" button for the 29th time and that one clicked the order went through. This as quickly as I could I back-tracked and added the item that Brad's Deals initially hooked me up to, the item rung up first was the #2 item I wanted. Either way, that a minute apart, and for a $30 2 item weighs total about 4 oz, so shipping was $5.99, happens, no complaint, but then charge it again, you mean shipping, that is: I pay $12 shipping on a $27 purchase, that probably costs THEM under a dollar postage. I don't think that's reasonable.
Brad's Deals. Great selection but...gotta clean up that checkout page, the most un-intuitive coding I've seen in awhile...especially getting charged shipping and handling, already outrageous for the product, but TWICE charged when the total weight i probably 100grams or less, C'mon, now.
