I have problems with the free download. i put the pictures in the cart - use the free download button - than there is a offer which ask me - if i want an abo for one month or a year (i choose 1 month - because 35 pictures are free). - and again the possibility - there is a blue button - for download - i pressed it but i`it doesn't work. what's wrong?

I can't cancel my free trial, i have already try to contact you via email, your live chat and even twitter ans still there is no reply from you. i guess all these comments are true and your free trial is an scam, huge disappointment, really hope my problem gets resolve in the best way possible
