How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at bloomex.com.au?

Answer:

Line is so disgusting you can't hear them and they repeat the same "I understand how you feel" Well no they don't because it's not their loved one that didn't get the flowers delivered when requested. And stop blaming COVID 19, Sydney has been case free for some time now.

I have used flowersacrossmelbourne to send flowers to my mother on her birthday. Absolutely never had a problem. I wish Brisbane had a company like them. Bloomex is a rip-off merchant.

What made you choose bloomex.com.au over similar businesses?

Answer:

Because they promised delivery on a specific day - but failed miserably when the flowers were delivered TWO DAYS LATER & left outside the property overnight without informing the recipient that they were there.
