on 5/21/19Line is so disgusting you can't hear them and they repeat the same "I understand how you feel" Well no they don't because it's not their loved one that didn't get the flowers delivered when requested. And stop blaming COVID 19, Sydney has been case free for some time now.
Impossible, tried email, live chat and phone can't contact them.
Their telephone lines are so bad you can't understand a word they say. They constantly interrupt you and are of no assistance at all. I suspect they are located in an offshore call centre.
They make it as difficult as possible if one has a complaint

Don't hold your breath... the so-called 24 hour chat is a robot. When it says it'll connect you to an operator, expect to wait. And wait. And wait some more.
You can get hold of customer service, just don't expect a response that makes any sense
I will never use bloom Ex again. You can't get an answer or response from anyone.
