I have used flowersacrossmelbourne to send flowers to my mother on her birthday. Absolutely never had a problem. I wish Brisbane had a company like them. Bloomex is a rip-off merchant.

I paid $80 for nothing! Fresh air. No flowers delivered nor will they honour a refund. I have had to go to the ACCC. Not sure that will do much either. Do yourself a favour and buy locally even if it costs you double.
