I am attempting to return a jacket purchased in December. The website is so frustrating as I am unable to locate how to get a label or the return merchandise authorization form. I have followed the instructions as well as I could based on the instruction provided and still no form. This is my first and last experience with Bluefly. Nothing should be this difficult to find. Is there any assistance you can offer?
