Where are my orders?? And/or even notification of shipment. It's been over a week for both and still 'processing'. Have spoken to CS twice and been assured it's a 'tehnical' glitch which was supposedly fixed and orders place on 2/6 have gone out. My orders were placed 2/7 and 2/8 and would be on the way!! Guess what??NADA!! WTF people. Oh and your office is closed at 5:06PM EST!! W/message open until 6PM. You're a real 'piece of work'!
