I have been locked out of my account, numerous attempts to reset password which failed, I contacted customer support as there is a return I need to send off, to be told that "due to a high level of returns, my account has been deactivated and I can no longer shop with them". Wow just wow! Absolute cowboys...I have been a premier customer for over 10 years and spent thousands on items from them! I don't even return that much, but being an online company where you cannot try on a product, what the hell do they expect. I have asked for a copy of the terms and conditions numerous times and a explanation as to why this has happened and been ignored! Luckily my daughter has an account so I was able to view the terms and condition on there, and nowhere does it say the account will be deactivated if to many returns are received, it only says if items are returned worn or fraudulent activity is expected! So ladies & gentleman boohoo are calling us fraudsters! As I have never returned goods worn! Also they must communicate with you if there is going to be a change to the account terms...I for one haven't had anything and judging by all the other reviews, nobody else as either. Shame on you boohoo...customer loyalty means nothing to them...just pure greed. I suspect this company will not last must longer!. Guys sign up with pretty little things...Great customer service and lovely products. I will be submitting this review on every boohoo platform and urge people to do the same

In May I was ordering some new clothes from BooHoo, at checkout it offered me Boohoo Premier for £9.99 for 12 months.
The mean features were Free Next Day Delivery and more importantly for me Free Returns (as ordering clothes online is always hit and miss).
I added this to my basket and when I returned some items which were too big or too small it was free of charge, this was the same for the following order as their sizes are all over the place.
I have just ordered 2 items this week which are no where near the size stated and I am being told it is £1.99 to return them even though I am a premier member.
I have questioned with their customer service department and they have advised free returns is no longer included in the Premier Package as of Mid June.
At no point have Boohoo advised me of this and how can they change what is included for customers who have signed up for 12 months!
I would not have ordered my latest order if I had known this as their sizings aren't great.
Needless to day I wont be buying from Boohoo again

I ordered 3 items but only received 2. They keep saying I've received all which I haven't, I am basically being called a thief and a liar. I didn't even want a refund, just wanted the item I paid for. Be careful, poor customer service/scammers. No item sent or refund offered.

If I could rate them lower I would. I returned an order of five items, four t-shirts and one pair of earrings. The person who checked my return has left the earrings in the bag that has been discarded of. They refuse to issue me a refund because of this lazy mistake made within their company. The garments themselves were returned because of the sheer lack of quality! The way I have been treat by the customer service team is appalling I've sent multiple emails and no response whatsoever. Lazy untrained employees who all need either sacked or trained properly on how to check the contents of a bag and respond to emails in a timely manner.

This place has zero customer service. Good luck ever getting in contact with anyone. They didn't fully refund my return and I had no way of contacting anyone because they took down all of their contact information. After going through several links of what I thought would lead me to something useful, it asked for me to put in my order number (which I copied and pasted from my order email) and it said it was incorrect. Yet it was able to find it when talking with the chatbot. Sketchy company. Never buying from again.

I placed an order using a promo code which brought my total to $36. Once o entered my card info and pressed "pay" I received an error saying " please check shipping and try again" nothing was wrong with my addy but I entered it again then pressed pay and when I received the order confirmation it said $61. I reached out to customer service spoke to 3 different people bc each person kept sending me an automated msg and stopped responding. The last person said they can't cancel my order and once I receive my order after Valentine's Day (which defeats the whole purpose of my order) then I can return it and wait 15 days for a refund. Fraudulent and unprofessional bc that is not the amount I agreed to. If the promo code wasn't acceptable why didn't the site say that instead of saying something was wrong with my shipping. I will NEVER order from them again

If i could give a zeroooo star to this company i would.
1st time ordering from them. Most of the items were big so i returned 7 items out of 11. I returned all the items in the same parcel.
To my surprise they refunded 3 out of 7 items ( the cheapest items). Claiming that they only received 3 items. Wich was absolutely false cause i returned 7 items.
I have beeing shopping online for more than15 years and ive never had an similar experience. They are refusing to refund me the rest of the items. Wich is not acceptable.

So bought 10 items... all pants. Did the size guide thing. REALLY. What a sham... scam. Nothing fits. Would of been better going to supre or valley girl and trying the dam things on. Don't ever try to exchange or refund either. There is no facility for this to happen. Land fill crap.

Really bad. Ordered a tracksuit which clearly stated in stock in my size. Easy sailing through to checkout, details blah blah. Paid £5.99 Next Day Delivery and literally 4 hours later they're telling me it's out of stock via email, but obviously still quite happy to take peoples money off them. Spoke to customer services, all they could say was ‘oops our bad' refund has been issued and I'll receive it in 7 working days. This doesn't include the delivery fee. Which is day light robbery anyway! I'd strongly advice to go elsewhere better quality better customer service and they won't steal your money! Also sizing is so shocking! Ordered a size 6 pair of joggers and honestly could fit a size 12/14 in them as they fit my mum perfectly! Just really disappointed was looking forward to seeing what the whole hype was about. It fell short for sure! I'd avoid.

I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.

Paid $70.00 for pencil Skirt, which has zipper sewn in SKEW resulting in fabric puckering around area. They apparently can't see the fault from numerous photos sent and refuse to regard it as defective item... Spare specs anyone... I will not recommend or ever use them again.

Dress looked nothing like the picture. The fabric was beyond awful. When looking at a photo of their clothes you need to just imagine the cheapest, most poorly crafted version imaginable, because that's what you'll get.

For at least 8 years ive been a busy boohoo customer and never really had an issue until this year. Two orders in a row have contained faulty items. Their process regarding this is, "we'll refund you, please make sure you recycle the item". They do not offer exchanges. This is their mistake and they are not willing to send out the correct item. And on top of that they refunded me a lesser amount. Their returns process is also an ordeal, so be careful if you order the wrong size. I will save my pennies and no longer shop here.

You can't change your order details what so ever. They said there is no way we can change your order. No contact phone number only FB message, Twitter and email. Paid for express shipping which it's supposed to take 3-4 working days and it took 5 days same as normal shipping so I paid for nothing. Didn't even open it as it seemed a lot easier to give it back to delivery man than post them on my own. The page will be gone to so slow if you wanted to check your order or to find contact of customer service than clothing page what a joke and some scam. Never ever again I should have checked the reviews first but I know now at least.

This is the worst online shopping website. Product quality is poor. And customer service is non-existent. You receive template answers. Ordered 4 size 8 dresses. All 4 were different sizes. I'm size 6 and some of their size 8 were so small, a kid would fit fine. And 2 products were faulty. I got cheap skirts instead of baby bump bands. And on top of that, I am asked to pay return shipping for returning faulty products. Don't shop here. Save yourself the headache and your money.

I recently placed an order for nearly a dozen items for my wife, who typically wears a US size 2-4. Unfortunately, the store did not have anything smaller than a US 4 in Petite sizes. After confirming the sizes and item counts, I proceeded to pay for the order. However, upon receiving my receipts, I noticed that all but two dresses had the correct sizing, while the two in error reflected a US 8. Immediately, I contacted BH customer service and was directed to an Apple chat option, where I spoke with both Skye Rae and Jude. Despite explaining the situation, they offered no solution other than to return the items once received. I find it unreasonable to expect that coupons would update the order to fix such an error, especially since the items were the same but in different colors, indicating a potential system error. Both representatives were unresponsive to my request and only provided a UK sizing chart, which did not address the issue at hand. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially considering that I have been a loyal customer of ASOS for years and have never encountered such issues. I regret to say that I will not be shopping here again.

First off, the website is always hosting a sale of some kind which is their marketing tactic. Prices are so marked up, $60-$70 for polyester thin fabric. If you use a coupon code, prices will typically drop by 50-60% and even at that price, the items are horribly overpriced. My items arrived smelling horrible (chemically), and the thinness of the fabric was laughable. I not only paid 9.99 for shipping, but also paid 5.00 to process the return shipping as well. Horribly overpriced cheap fabric, do not recommend!

I recently ordered this puffer jacket for my daughter as a Christmas present. She saw it on the site and loved it but when we received the jacket it looked nothing like the picture. The jacket looks and feels like a trash bag and does not have even a slight bit of the puff look. One wrong move and its going to shred into pieces. Highly disappointed, especially considering it was almost $60 after shipping. Would not recommend.

Wow, what can I say, do not use if you want to return goods. I sent a package, have a receipt from the post office and the screen shot from Royal Mail confirming boohoo's warehouse is in receipt of my package but…apparently they've not received even though they've part credited?! They are now refusing to issue a full refund as they are still claiming they've not received? Honestly guys, do yourself a favour and spend a little more for piece of mind, rather than the cheap crap from Boohoo
