on 1/24/18You have to contact your bank on credit card and start a refund payment request. You WILL have to do this. This company is completely ghost. There is 0 customer service available. You will not receive your order for months and you will not receive all the items you placed and paid for. You will then not be able to talk to anybody for resolution. You will have to create a dispute about the charge and get it refunded. By the way the items that you might receive in several months will be less than dollar store quality as well. BBB needs to shut them down!
I was also scammed, don't bother wasting your money.
There's an old saying - no news is good news - which is pretty relevant here. I as well as many others probably threw the name of this company into Google only after having an issue. If everything had gone smoothly: order placed; shipped in a timely manner; product received in good condition - I probably wouldn't have gone looking for reviews of the company or asked the question myself, "Did I just get scammed?"
There are only reviews of scams at this company because this company is known only for customers not receiving what they paid for, which unfortunately includes me.
