Hi - I am wanting to get a 20x34 canvas printed, but i have no idea how to change the pixals on the picture to get a better resolution.

I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.

Use a different company. You either won't get what you ordered or you will get it WAY past when they say you will get it
