I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!

I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.

I am so happy I came across CanvasChamp! For years, our family bereavement program would end each year with a "pillow ceremony." The grieving children loved having a pillow to take home with a picture of their person who had died. We were able to do it again this year because of CanvasChamp's amazing photo pillows. My 5 year old grandson loved his picture on canvas. Colors were vibrant and canvas was very well constructed. The print on the metal printed really dark so I am going to have to find a place with alot of light to display it. Was hoping for the exact colors that my print displayed.

Working on site was easy, making my pic the size I needed was perfect. I asked customer service if they would pick up shipping fee of $10.00 and they said no. Even though this was the third pic I had purchased at iver $40.00 each. Then after I completed transaction I get an e-mail giving me free shipping on my next order over $25.00! I feel some exceptions can be made for returning customers. I will use other companies from now on. 😠

Be careful and do not order from this vendor. Canvas Champ appears to be either a very poorly run company or a complete scam. They lose orders (I'm not talking in the mail, but at their facility). Customer service is unhelpful, and they refuse to give refunds. I had to go the hard route to get a $74 order refunded for something they never even shipped. I didn't even start contacting the company until after the order was supposed to have been delivered, only to have both reps that I talked to not even know where the order was.
Horrible experiance, and there are too many other custom printing sites out there to worry about using this one.
Also, after some research, it appears most of their testimonals and reviews that they have on their website are fake or paid for (not sure about here.)

So I thought I was ordering from an honest company. I see now I was lied to about the time and date of shipping location. Poor communication. They didn't notify me that the pictures would be coming from somewhere else. Pictures were said to be delivered on the 17th, which is today. Now they're saying the item is delayed but won't give me a tracking number or even allow me to know a day they'll come. At this point, I want to reach out to my bank because now I feel like I'm being scammed. I still haven't heard back from customer service regarding my order.

I have ordered canvas prints in the past from places like Office Max and have been left feeling underwhelmed by the final result. I recently had finished a photo project and wanted to take one of the images and display it. This image required a large canvas and I went with the 40 ×60.
The process to submit, finalize and order were easy. The print arrived 2 days earlier then expected and arrived undamaged. I was blown away by the picture quality and satisfied with the final result. This was a color print and nothing was lost in the canvas, again very impressed with the result.
I do plan on ordering a few more but these will be B&W images, so I will post a review on how those turn out. Overall, good price point, excellent quality and easy website to navigate, 5 stars.

I ordered 3 pairs of socks with a face on each pair. I received one pair that was perfect. The other. 2 had 2 faces on it not one face. I informed them and I sent a picture of the mistakes. They were to fix the mistakes and send me the correct socks. I received them today and they are totally wrong and they looks even worse. The faces are huge and cut off Both photos are on the same sock again. Only only person should be on the sock.

The company sent me a lot of defective prints. They made me go through hoops to get any replaced. Sent me one with black rotten wood then their reply email to me informing them was « We would like to clarify that the wood you see on the back of the print is only for support purposes and does not affect the quality of the canvas print itself ». Disgusting. Also today they sent me someone else's photos in a proof review by accident. Then emailed me saying « please ignore last email ». They used to be very good. Now their quality of everything is not what it used to be.
Tip for consumers:
No matter how bad what they sent you is, they will try to get you to accept 10-20% refund maximum and that is it. If you want your things reprinted, it is a longer battle than an insurance claim.

The image turned out to be great! It looks exactly as I knew it should.
BUT: There was what would normally be a "minor" problem involving the mount on the back if my aluminum print. I realized that I had not ordered the mount that I wanted about 15 minutes after placing my order. I Immediately called "customer service" to resolve the problem. Instead of help I got hassled. After explaining the situation THREE TIMES, and paying a small additional fee, I was told everything was resolved. That was not true.
The beautiful print arrived. Customer service had done NOTHING. My print didn't have the hanging hardware I paid extra for. When I mentioned this, Canvas Champ did offer to refund the small extra fee I had paid. Still, I'm stuck trying to figure out how to hang the image the way it is.
I will never buy anything from CanvasChamp ever again. What use is a company that cares so little about their customers?

I ordered 19 magnets as wedding thank yous / christmas gifts. They are horrifically blurry and broken from the careless packaging. They say they are an American based warehouse but package came from India. It is two weeks before Christmas and now I have gifts for nobody.

My favorite online canvas & gift company had closed. I was looking for a new company for all my canvas & gift needs. Prices at CanvasChamp are excellent.The canvases turned out very clear. One was not as vibrant as my photo but was good. Also, I would have ordered the canvases with a thicker edge. The standard was too thin. But that was my fault & I will order correctly next time. I strongly encourage everyone considering Canvas Champ to reconsider for better options available online. I personally had a traumatic experience of ordering a 3D framed print, and I've had to request for 3 replacements back to back because they clearly don't know their business- framed on top of the print as it is with tape without any masking, dust cover back or front glass protection whatsoever. Trust me, these guys don't even understand after repeated emails with pictures and videos clearly demonstrating the issues. Don't waste your time and money on this unprofessional service.
