You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
You likely will not hear back and if you do, they will not honor their promises. Sorry. Good Luck.
You should have something in your email but mine went to my junk mail. It's under "sales canvas champ" i think. Look through your email for "sales" and through your junk. It should be there!
