Chadwicks Questions & Answers

For winter, I couldn't seem to find lined wool or woolblend pants at my usual go-to shops -- Talbots and Nordstrom -- so I looked online and found some at Chadwick's. I ordered a pair in black in my usual size 8. They were way too small in the waist, so I returned them using Chadwick's enclosed USPS return label, and then ordered a size 10. The size 10s were the same size in the waist as the 8S -- I couldn't believe it! But I had them pressed, thinking I cd. Maybe have them altered. I wore them today, and found that they are cheaply made and that the black attracts lint, dog hair, anything possible that would adhere to the woolblend -- and I pinned the waist closed to make them wearable. My fault -- I should have sent the size 10s back, too, but now it's too late. And Chad's customer service says they still have not received the size 8s I returned, so I have not received a refund for them. Omg. I'm sorry I ordered anything from them. AND, they are billed as $59 but when shipping and other charges are added, they are at least $20 more.

If the merchandise credit is from Chadwicks of Boston, you lose. I spoke to Level 2 Customer service in Massachusetts and they are not honoring prior merchandise credits from the prior company.
