Booking a trip, short flight for my grand daughter. I like the site and get a fair price, but hate all the additional add on pop ups. I ended up clicking on something I did not want by mistake and saw no way to delete it.

I traveled using Cheapoair for the past 10 years. This is a very reliable travel agency. Once I had to change my flight 24 hours in advance and they changed it without any fees. I would highly recommend this travel agency.

I have used CheapOair for several trips now. I have learned overtime that there will be no changes after 24 hours and that it is advisable to have travel insurance if something untoward should happen to prevent my trip from going forth as planned. That being said, I always get the best Prices for travel at this site, so I mow use them consistently.

I have used several other travel sites but, by far, prefer Cheap O Air. They have been able to get me booked on international flights when other airline carriers were unable to. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Please give layouts of airports so that a passenger can find the gate for their connecting flight. I ended up missing my connection to Dubai in Montreal due to not knowing where to go. It was late at night and most of the service desks were closed. I called the airline (American) and I was put on hold by the airline for over an hour. This caused me to miss another flight that left that night. I ended up sleeping in the airport due to a large convention in town.
Also, my baggage was two days late getting to me. I understand this is an airline problem, but I just wanted to voice it.

The platform is very well laid out, although I cannot buy anything they offer, because I am a retiree with a low salary, I recognize a good job of presentation. Everything has gone well. Very professional. Congratulations.

I called the bank, they told me that my credit was too low, it is an new credit limit to US dollar 800.- since oct. 24. Tomorrow. Before, yesterday, they told me since today. I am sorry. Present the charge again tomorrow oct.24 it was not my fault, sorry.

So far pleased with the process. Not sure how the trip will go since I had to add some things after the fact. I am a senior citizen at 73 years of age and I have a very bad back so cannot walk a great distance it took me a little while to find where to request wheelchair service so I hope it will be available the day of my trip.

I originally had gone through another company even though I had used CheapO air before and was very satisfied with them. Big Mistake! I now feel much more comfortable with my reservations and the added available options. I definitely learned my lesson. I will continue to book with this quality company from here on.

Nice and Provides more choices
After my purchase, it seems there was a system error that resulted in me being charged twice. After I reached out, they handled it for me promptly, and their attitude was very good.

I feel that charging for notifications on flight Information is ridiculous. That should be provided just like the airlines do. After paying over $700.for a.ticket, I am truly disappointed in cheapoair.

Coming from Mexico to the US the cost to have extra weigh for a suitcase is ridiculous. They should have the price in front of the customer to know how they come up with certain amount of money. I had the experience for charging almost 100 dollars for an extra 3-4 kilos. That is why I am saying that this is ridiculous. Hope you can do something about it

I do not like that it asks for 50 or more characters. However, I did have a great experience searching and booking flights. I just wish there had been earlier departure flights with one-hour layovers.

My children and grandchildren live in Southern California so I always try to fly down from Oregon at least once to twice a year to see them. Cheapoair makes it affordable to be able to do that. I have been using CheapOair for over 20+ years and will continue to use for another 20+ more.
