I am not happy you have deducted $681 from on 21 august the money is on hold my bank cannot put it back in my visa account waiting for your acknowledge of receipt this has severely affected my travel plan please respond quickly.
Had an opportunity to save over 150 on this exact same flight (round trip) I've used this a multiple times. My payment information was not saved and when I did grab my wallet the price rocketed an extra 100 dollars.

Multi-city travel can be less comfortable regarding time of day arrivals
And departures, i.e. Finding travel times that don't arrive super late in the evenings or morning departures at civilized hours.
Familiarity with the site.
Not happy that I can't use the full value of my airline credit- Money I paid for my initial flight- including "Trip Protection Insurance". Rip-off. It should be like other credits, where if you only use $106, you don't lose your whole $387 credit! Seriously! 😡
Also very unhappy about the ridiculously long waiting periods- about five different times before I could finally accomplish my goal of obtaining tickets.
Because I had a credit with them to use, from a trip I had to cancel about a month ago which I thought would actually be worthwhile in covering the cost of my upcoming trip with my husband.
After spending hours looking for reasonable airline tickets on various sites, I saw the cheapoair site and found tickets (and a rental car) for nearly half of what I had been able to find searching other ways.
I have used CheapOair for several trips now. I have learned overtime that there will be no changes after 24 hours and that it is advisable to have travel insurance if something untoward should happen to prevent my trip from going forth as planned. That being said, I always get the best Prices for travel at this site, so I mow use them consistently.
I like low prices and this is the place to get the best flight deal.
I have used several other travel sites but, by far, prefer Cheap O Air. They have been able to get me booked on international flights when other airline carriers were unable to. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
I rented a car for September 10-20,2024 with Fox Car Rental. Upon arrival I was told that the company didn't accept debit cards. I had to rent a car from another service.I was told I probably want received my money back bc of your written policy. This is not acceptable and in the future I will not use your services. That's my reason for a low rating. I hope someone will have a heart and look into my situation.
I have a return flight 9/20/2024. I have booked many of my flights through Cheapoair but never rented a car through your service.
Our apologies for the inconvenience, we did provide the credit card acceptance policy while you were booking the car. You booked a non refundable rate and it is upto the car company to give the refund as we must follow the their rules. You will need to speak with Cheapoair customer service for assistance.
Please give layouts of airports so that a passenger can find the gate for their connecting flight. I ended up missing my connection to Dubai in Montreal due to not knowing where to go. It was late at night and most of the service desks were closed. I called the airline (American) and I was put on hold by the airline for over an hour. This caused me to miss another flight that left that night. I ended up sleeping in the airport due to a large convention in town.
Also, my baggage was two days late getting to me. I understand this is an airline problem, but I just wanted to voice it.
I chose CheapOair because I have had good service with them and good prices.
I do not like that it asks for 50 or more characters. However, I did have a great experience searching and booking flights. I just wish there had been earlier departure flights with one-hour layovers.
My children and grandchildren live in Southern California so I always try to fly down from Oregon at least once to twice a year to see them. Cheapoair makes it affordable to be able to do that. I have been using CheapOair for over 20+ years and will continue to use for another 20+ more.
Because it’s the only one I use. Can’t imagine using another. We also go on international trips with the family (6 family members) Been to Hawaii, Mexico, Europe, Africa, across the USA and leaving for LAX tomorrow then off with our family members to Mazatlan MX on Monday. Don’t want to use any other service. Cheapoair is the best! 10 star rating.

Very good follow up. Verified my reservation right afterwards, which I felt secure that all details were correct. Then a couple days later got a reminder text and if I needed hotel rooms or a car. And a day later I get the customer survey. I feel very secure in my reservation and questions that I would have about anything related to my upcoming event. Easy to navigate. Easy to pay. Several years ago, I had flights that were cancelled and found out about it when I was about to Check In. Not happy at all. So, I bought my tickets somewhere else. But as I said, that was years ago. They have improved greatly since then.

Not sure who makes the money off of the additional seat selection charge but I'm pretty sure it is not the airlines. I really hate this extra attempt on a charge(seat selection) that was once a free service.
I just spent 40 minutes on Google flights trying to buy 2 airline tickets but to no avail. Twice I entered all personal info (international flt) and twice I got the never ending "not responding" spinning thingy, so I had to ditch my efforts & time spent. I just went on Cheapoair and got it done in less that 10 minutes...and I am not a Google-hater, btw

Always easy to book with Cheapoair.com. Would like to see less repeated ads for car/hotel. If the customer says no to them, don't pop them up again, please.
Good price & trusted process
Just booking now, so far so good, the scheduling was user friendly and i like the option of the site recommending alternative days to fly. We will see when i arrive at the air port on the day of my departure

Excellenet! EXactly what they promised they delivered. No complaints! Plus I got an immediate call after my booking to add insurance which i thought was a bit dodgy but in fact it was authentic incase others wonder when they get the call!

I had a terrible experience with this booking. Didn't realize l had to confirm my flight 24 hours before. I was bumped off my flight. And and dragged all around the airport. Didn't get to Tucson until almost 12:00 midnight. Instead of getting to Tucson at 8:37 AM Tuesday morning, 20 August. Totally wiped out and disgusted.
CheapoAir always gets me prices where even directly through the airlines I can't get. Furthermore when we went through lockdown in 2020 they refunded my airfare, whereas my sister, who booked through Delta (Australia to Bahamas$$) had to eat her loss.

I selected flexible dates when booking. Website states travel is "next day" beside travel departure date. To me that means the next day from the posted date. And the 1st connecting flight was in fact listed as the day I wanted to fly (the next day) and it was only a 2 hour flight to connecting flight, starting at 6:05am. I thought the actual dates would correct when I confirmed and paid, but the site did not correct. I clicked on chat and found it was AI (I've found these useless), then I was immediately called by a CheapOair agent (which has never happened before) and found I had to pay a change itinerary fee. This is the 1st problem I have ever had with CheapOair.
