You need to keep tabs and pay attention to your listings sometimes, but when it comes to customer service, they are some of the best I have encountered. I have had several issues (mostly of my own doing) and every time, they have made it right. Celia Yang is a true professional, and takes good care of her customers.
Those for whom it works, I say 'good for you'. For those of us experiencing problems however - yes, PLURAL - it's a tale of multiple woes. 1; Customer (on ebay) contacted me (thankfully NOT filing a dispute first as many others do) and informed me she'd received the wrong item - remember that store orders are actually synchronised to CJ platform so, item SKU was correct. Took two weeks of my customer's patience and a lot of chasing/explaining by me to CJ before resolved. 2; Customer (on ebay again) went straight into filing a dispute demanding a return & refund because the specs differ from description. Ebay bills me as we all know and withholds my funds. CJ automatically REFUSED my application for return/refund with the response 'Correct item sent' - even though I stated 'Not as described'. After escalating this matter, we're now in the fourth week and yet to be resolved. CJ have NOT held the vendor/supplier to account for incorrect specs and these remain unchanged. I took it upon myself to warn others whom I saw advertising these on ebay. 3; Customer (ebay) asks for whereabouts of his order: Indicated as despatched and completed but had still not been handed over to courier (Yodel portal indicates awaiting receipt). Excuse given by CS: 'Scanning problems. Wait 48 hours...' Huh, my customer will have waited a fortnight by then and we all know what will happen from ebay's end. Total transactions: 11 - one of which was a re-order to replace their incorrect item sent as above so, realistically 10 orders 'fulfilled' with 3 failures. That's a 30% failure rate and because of that return, I'm actually financially worse off by £25 - cost of item AND ebay's P&P charge less those that were successful. All that hassle when only trying to make barely £1 profit per item (due to CJ prices and level of competition. Immediate term: I'll remain with them - for the time being but, I only sell two items via them and infrequently at that so, no loss if I abandon them. Conclusion: Trade with them at your peril. Be prepared to apologise repeatedly to your customers for the failings of others AND risk being financially worse off, You've been warned!

I have placed an order for a dress for one of my customers, and I paid for the product. After few days someone called Rookie from CJ sent an email saying manufacturers increased prices for the product and I have to pay the differential fees. Few days after paying getting back to me and asking for more money is not the way businesses should operate. The most important thing was with the extra amount they are asking price got doubled than the advertised price. I'm not willing to work with people with such work ethics unless I really need to buy something from them. I requested a refund and see how it goes
Because of those Fake positive reviews, I've giving Cjdropshipping a try. I bought from them 3 times and all of those 3 times have been negative. My first order was for a backpack and it took over 2 months to delivered. My second order was for 2 purses and necklace. Over 2 weeks later, it still hasn't ship out. I don't even know what's going on with the last order. Their 1 to 3 days processing is total BS. I even paid extra for faster delivery. Everytime I contact customer service their response is always "sorry for the delay Dear. We're working on it." Meanwhile, my customers are getting frustrated.

I decided to try CJ since I read some good reviews. So, I tested my purchasing for myself a product that is supposed to be in their warehouse. It took weeks for things to move (if the item is really in their warehouse, surely it should just take 1-2 days?) and a further more weeks for the item to arrive. I was not too stressed about it because I was only testing them out. Thank God I did. Their live chat is terrible. Took days for them to reply. I also tried out the sourcing. Wow that took long. I can do it faster myself. That said when they eventually did get an agent on my case the sweet lady did a good job. But I think she is not in that company anymore.

CJDropshipping's support staff is excellent! LYNETTE is my agent. She is very helpful and kind. I've had a lot of questions, to which she answered patiently.
Thinking about it, I'm not paying any monthly subscription to CJ, and haven't even started yet with my store. But they're already providing that much value!
Overall a really good drop shipping platform, efficient and professional.
However they would not deal with very simple product issue and you would be the one to absorb the all problem product cost. It will only leave you very little profit for all the work you put in.
I have never once succesfully get money back from CJ.

My package was a two hour drive away more than 70 hours ago. When i asked customer service were my package was they sent me a screen shot of the tracking page! Like I had not already looked at this page a hundred times a day trying to find out what was going on. I will not be purchasing anything from the supplier anymore becouse of this horrible experiance from CJ.

I've had a look at some dropshipping companies and CJDropshipping just impressed me from the start. Agents Cissy, Maxine, Robert, Angel are great to deal with. The online software was well thought of. CJDropshipping even integrates with woocommerce which is hard to find with other businesses. You get sourcing responses so quickly and pricing of products are good too. Packaging options are great. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work CJ.

Been using for over a month and generally much better than using AE. Better shipping and all your queries can go through a dedicated agent. Mine is Nina and she's been super helpful with finding products and shipping queries, helping through some particularly complex shipping options for very large size items. Thanks Nina!

If you don't pay them, they will hold your orders and you could get negative feedback from your buyers. I think CJ dropshipping is not a professional business website for drop shippers. So all the professional drop shippers avoid them. I have a personal experience with CJ. The product cost was $30 and I sold out at $40, when I went to the CJ website to purchase the item then suddenly they asked for $60 and excused the freight charges has been increased for this item. It's totally a knockoff website.

Henry Hu is a wonderful agent who is always there to answer questions. He is quick and responsive to all my requests. I am constantly asking him about listing descriptions and he's always there to support me.
On the site it is marked that if the products are in the warehouses they say they send the products between 1 and 3 days but they are lying.
I placed 4 orders on February 25 and 26 but on the tracking numbers I see that the products did not arrive at the airport until March 02,03 and 06 until 8,9 and 12 days later and my customers not always received nothing

Terrible company! They are lying and not returning money! Items are shipped for months(!) and they have US warehouse! Their site is not working and managers just making new excuses and asking for more and more money Items are shipped really slowly and they usually are broken. They offer you one price but when you pay they will make excuses and try to get more money from you.

Every time I track the item I purchased, there is inconsistent information. The first day I checked it was going through Chinese Customs. The next day it was in St. Louis. The next day after that, there was no St. Louis on the list at all and it said it was in LAX. The next day, it was back in China going through customs. Checked again and it was in NY. Now it is in NJ. When I check tomorrow, it will probably be back in China. I am pretty sure it is not going to show up at all. I think it is a automated tracking website that everytime you log on, it just gives random places so you think you are tracking it, but in reality, it is all bull$#*! and there isn't even a package to begin with. It is a sham.
