What is your size range? do you have formal wear?

How does this work?

Hi Jean -Thanks for your interest in Gwynnie Bee. We're a woman's clothing rental company, specializing in sizes 10-32. It's pretty simple, you select a plan, for a example our 3 at a time plan. You would browse through our inventory & place garments to like in your virtual closet. Once your closet has a minimum of 8 garments, our system randomly selects 3 from your closet & ships it to you. You can wear the garments & then exchange them for replacements as many times per month as you like. Shipping is free both ways & you return them as is (no laundering necessary- we'll take care of it). If you really love an item, you have the option to buy it at a reduced member's price. I just saw an ad on tv about your company/service and was excited about the concept and service. however, after reading the reviews i am having second thoughts. not sure about your customer service.

A lot of people are saying the turn around time is terrible for this company, and the customer service is horrible too. why?

Hi Stephanie - our typical turnaround time is 2-3 days, and we ship via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 days. Our most popular plan is the 3 at a time plan, and these members receive an average of 9-12 pieces per month, depending on how often they return them. We even have a return notification feature so that member can notify us that they are sending something back, and we'll then start prepping their next box right away! How can i check out your product without having to have an account, also will i be obligated to provide a credit card on file that will be charged if i forget to contact you after the 30 day trial

You can go to any of the drop down menus across the homepage, or just click here: https://closet.gwynniebee.com/a/clothing/new-arrivals 2. Yes, you are required to provide a valid credit card for the 30 day free trial, since we'll be sending out clothing. You can cancel any time before the 30 day free trial, quickly and easily.
