I thought it was complete junk. I ordered small clothing for my wife and most of the items could fit an elephant.
I purchased a watch case with glass front and idiots put it in a plastic mail bag with no padding. Completely destroyed.
Worse had to send all back AND we had to pay for shipping and they still did not give refund until Paypal got involved again.
Avoid this company just not worth the alleged savings

Generally everything is OK... they are a wholesale warehouse - and I assume buying direct from makers/distributors.
However the cause and reason for my post is twofold.
I had a defective item. Basically its a flight controller for - what is unfortunately now being called - a "drone" its really a quadcopter.
The flight controller is an electronic circuit board and controls everything except the transmitter.
OK, - we get defective items and a lot of these type of websites outlets are Ok at sorting out refunds or replacements.
CNDirect was painfully slow at even replying to my notification of a faulty product. Even allowing for the Chinese Lunar New Year it took more than a week to reply - then after agreeing to refund - it was first advised as "wallet" - ie Store Credit. I had to buy a replacement elsewhere and did not want any credit... another week trying to get refund to Paypal. Only after I opened a dispute in PP did they agree and.

I found that inmost cases the cost of the item is lower than seen on other online stores - BUT you pay shipping.
I price compared with one of these stores - who also deal with CN Direct as a supplier and found there was a slight saving NOT using buying from CN Direct.
You have to do your sums and compare total costs AND take into account after sales service. It is this that lets down CN Direct.

Absolute junk- complete knock-offs.

I ordered monkey fingerlings because they said they had them in stock! I tried calling the number to Cndirect and it doesnt work and its in China! I wanted to cancel my order and there is no one to talk too! I read the bad reviews and i dont trust them so i called my credit card and they will cancel my order on my end! I have to read the reviews before i order anything else! I heard all the good reviews are made up through Cndirect only the bad ones are real! Wow
