It took about three weeks to receive the order. An item was missing and in all the numerous emails between us they claimed they sent it. They even asked me about the weight of the package. After I gave them a negative review on sitejabber they refunded my money and asked me to change the review.

Yes, it will take about 3/4 weeks but do not expect much in the way of packaging.
I got a "Glass Watch Case" and they put it in a plastic post office bag with NO padding.
Needless to say it was completely smashed. All my other items were wrapped in a paper envelopes, all taped up and sent. It looked like an Indian papoose. Everything was wrinkled, boxes of lights crushed.

This was in May. I am still fighting with the company about my refund... after spending $72.90 (non refundable of course) to send it all back.
If you look closely at the responses from the company, you will notice a pattern. They are all scripted responses used over and over.
Look at some of the positive responses... notice some errors in vocabulary... hummm... sound like the company responses?

The company just keeps coming up with more excuses and saying they will fix the problem and give a refund, but they never do... it just keeps going on and on.
I am beginning to file complaints with the BBB and government fraud bureau to hopefully put an end to this nightmare.

My advise... AVOID THEM!
