on 2/28/19We do a temporary authorization at the time of order - which is a temporary hold on your credit card that drops off. We do not actually bill the card until the items ship out from the manufacturer. This way you will not be stuck paying a bill on items long in advance.
They illegally fully charge you as soon as the first item ships. Even if the remainder of the order doesn't ship for 6 months, or potentially never in my case. I was told my order would ship in 4 weeks, when placing my order. They hold your money the entire time, without having to pay the manufacturer, as per the manufacturer.
If your order is not in stock, or on back order, do not use this Company.
They hit your card at the time of order, then the money comes back, and 10-12 weeks later when it "ships" (still 3 more weeks) they actually charge it. It makes it confusing because you think you already paid for it and suddenly a $1000+ charge unexpectedly shows up again and you are like WTH.
They charged me immediately and I didn't get my furniture for six weeks even though I was told two. I had to go pick it up at my own expense in the end or it would've clbeen two months.
