Our shipping and inspection policies are in place to reduce the chance of damage occurring. In the rare event that an item does arrive damaged, we will either repair the damaged item, replace the damaged parts, or issue a full replacement. First off don't believe the Coleman rep. I ended up receiving a piece that was damaged and they only gave me $20 to keep it, sent no replacement parts. The eta was constantly moved out as well. I stayed on top of it to get mine as quick as I did, but I've been reading some of these and they definitely get freaking worse as far as ETA.
Go to BBB.org and read complaints. Do not order from this company, you will regret it.
