DHgate translates to "Lying Thief" in Chinese. Many of the Americans here have had their money stolen by DHgate. Once you send your money to DHgate you have no recourse, and there is NO ONE at DHgate in customer service. It's all automated responses to discourage Americans. No I bought a dress for $80 since November looked nothing like the picture very poorly made I sent back the dress two months ago and still no refund they even made me pay shipping which cost another 20 bucks extra my advice don't buy

I have brought a few things from DHGate.com containers, an ipad, ipad cover, and an s4 and a few other items so I can only talk about these products. Read the reviews of the individual stores first before any purchases are made, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All my items were shipped with arriving in great time, all the products I brought were as described apart from the electronics. It had taken nearly 4 months for them to acknowledge me and their faulty Ipad sold as newly refurbished, 2 months in the case of the phone, their live chat customer service of dhgate.com is really terrible, they promised to sort things out numerous times only to find myself speaking to another officer then another, plain English they are really bad and I have reviewed dhgate.com based on the experience I have had. There are some good suppliers but read the reviews I urge you or you may be in for some really frustrating times.

I honestly had a terrible experience with my seller at DHGate. I paid $180.00 for a dress that looked NOTHING like the picture. The seller did finally agree to refund me $100 but I still haven't received the money and I will just have to take the rest as a loss! I personally will never trust this website again!

So far for me i havent had a problem i bought a pair in a size 5.5 us 38. But it ran small so next time i know to get a size 39
