Yes. Even when they send you the wrong product, dhgate finds for the seller, not the buy. Stuff sent isn't what is advertised. So many unhappy customers, that's why I posted my review. Will never buy from them again. Ever

Yes Mario, DHGate translates to "lying thief" in Chinese. These people are only on the net for short term interest income. DHGate uses the scum of the earth for providers, and never stands behind the promises made. There is no customer service, only the automated "Joy".
These folks are nothing but thieves, should a class action suit be started I will be happy to add my name to the suit. Thanking you in advance, Henry

DHgate site is "Portal" where hundreds of Chinese factories that don't have an export licence. Some are good lots are just bad. Sure it's wrong what they do, what bother me is DHgate don't repremend any bad supplier. Legal action against DHgate, sure I put my name down, but by the time hammer hit the nail they will be closed and reopen under a different name.

I agree, I hate them, but do you think we even have a chance to get our money back? Seems like a lost cause and a lesson learned.

DHgate is a host site. There are so many individual stores/sellers. My guess is you would have to go after them. Getting the word out like this so they lose or don't get business would be best. There are actually some good sellers on there. Buyer beware. Check out the seller you are buying from, not just the host site.

Count me in. Ordered 3 faucets last March 2019, it is August 2019 and still no faucets. Contacted customer service and still no faucets.

I never shopped with DH Gate but got screwed up by another Chinese scam Fashionbestway they have exactly the same methods. I'd go for an action lawsuit against DH gate if I was you, because they sure are responsible for what they are selling. And because their intention is not honest business that entire system needs to go down.

I think a class action would be great but good luck. I actually got my money back but I think it was fro the bank and not from DH Gate. They efund nothing. It also took 6 months of emails and complaints to get it back.

Go here: https://www.econsumer.gov/#crnt and make a complaint. Takes just a few key strokes. Probably not going to get my refund, but hopefully our complaints will help other unknowing people about this company.

I spent SO much time trying to get the problem resolved (wanted to return very inferior product for refund)... finally just gave up... an expensive lesson about doing business with a company like this...
