Why aren't you solving my cases? I have opened several with no answer. My order was paid more than 3 MONTHS ago!!

DinoDirect is scam. I paid for my order 3 months ago. I received an e-mail telling me that the item cannot be shipped, but NEVER REFUND MY MONEY. They wont answer my e-mails nor the cases I opened. Is a perfect SCAM
