Has anyone recently dealt with and successfully got their money back or an alternative flight was provided? My original flights were cancelled.

Still waiting 4 months on. Empty promises is all Im getting.

Only bank, court, police or lawyer can help. Issue a chargeback from bank. If they cannot do it because of the 6-8week period, email dwt to refund within 15days. If they dont, contact bank immediately. Tell others to do the same if they are waiting for refund.
