Really easy to navigate website and the cheapest prices. Booking was simple and confirmation was immediate, followed next day by e-ticket. I managed to lose my email, but Jim from Customer Services was really quick at having it reissued for me. All round excellent experience.
Why I should choose one star from them, they do not deserve. Standard approach is to take your money right after you handed in a booking, but do not make ticket for you! You spend a thousand attempts for communication, if you call, waiting in the busy line for hour, then they ask u to send an email only, if you send email, they either don't response, or keep lying (such as lying that they are preparing a refund for you this week/this month etc-which never cashed out). After several months you're tired of such invalid communication, they assume money is theirs. So easy. Commercial fraudster and criminal! Stay safe, don't try this 'Company'.

I'm so upset, I have waited 9 months for a refund on my flights and Dreamworld have now told me I will finally get my money with a deduction of £190 due to admin charges from themselves and the airline. I will be avoiding this company at all costs in the future.

Do not even think about it! Never buy from them, stay away or your money is gone! I bought a ticket in April 2020, the flight was cancelled and they refused to refund my money. They brought excuses all the time. I was not received an e-ticket either, just a booking. I got my money in September through my credit company.
Another victim of this travel agency: Waiting for a refund of £1144 since July 2020.
Contacted them 9 times over the past 1.5 years (!) to gather the refund request. No luck. They were consistently answering that due to high volume of refund requests they cannot handle my request, although they clearly approved they got the money back from the airline for the refund.
For 1 year and 5 months (and counting...) they are too busy to give my money back (minus 15% admin fee!) although they have that money in hand already!

Been waiting 18 months for refund for cancelled flight. These guys have received refund from airline but won't pass it on despite numerous promises. An absolute bunch of sharks - avoid like the plague!
My flight was cancelled end of March and im still waiting for my refund, customer service is awful obviously they are just keeping the money as long as they can. Next time I'm booking direct with the airline it may cost a little more but at least I wont be dealing with these morally corrupt people.
Do not book with this company, they are a joke to call themselves a business! When I asked why no tickets were received "apparently their systems broke" but yet you could still make bookings and take money! I wish I read reviews before I booked, hopefully people will be careful of using this company!
Avoid this Travel Agents. Booked 4 tickets to Australia over 2 months ago and still awaiting e-tickets. They are very unhelpful and keep changing the dates of when I will receive my e-tickets. Please read the reviews on Trust Pilot and other review sites. Many customers complaining of the same thing. Some not getting their e-tickets at all and trying to get a refund seems to be impossible.
Simple, blatant lie after lie all calls are recorded so I can prove it! We are now over 2 Months after a cancelled flight with no sight of a refund. Their story changes every time! Stay away for your own sake.

I have booked 2 tickets with them from Dubai to Istanbul and later from Istanbul to Bishkek. I Have received both tickets. The flights were cancelled by the airlines due to corona virus. So I Wrote several emails to Dream world requesting my refund of my money. They replied that we will contact the airlines and need to wait for at least 6 weeks. No further clarification. Dreamworld also charged me £35/tickets to cover the cost of the refund.
This is warning to other please be careful and avoid this company. No one answer phone calls. Lost more than £200.
I hope someone at dreamworld would care to reply to my request.
A more appropriate name would be Nightmare Travel. We have given them one star as we needed to to leave a review. We have had the worst possible customer service imaginable after our flights were cancelled in December 2021. Finally after countless emails and phone calls we contacted our credit card company who have arranged a refund for us seven months later. We believe they would not have refunded the money without us taking this step. Steer clear of Dreamworld Travel!
Beware of this travel agency. They are lovely and responsive at the beginning but once they collected your money it all about you who will find a way on how to contact them. They usually respond to email beyond the time frame, based on my experience they responded after 8 days with a vague and puzzling message.
I had so much stressful and tired in this travel agency. My flight was on 2 May 2020 and cancelled by covid-19 and asked refund and sent me automatic reply wait 8-12 weeks but It's already gone. Should I need to action this company now?

Paid in full for flights £8000 almost 1 year ago, they did not book the flights and now none are available. We are trying to get a refund as they have still got our money they are being difficult about refunding us. Had to contact my bank if that doesn't work we will have to go to small claims court like so many other have.

They kept wasting my time, giving exercises that they should refer to the airlines, and there is no point in contacting the airlines as they have never booked any flight. Now they turned back to me telling that 35 pounds will be deducted as admin fees! The money may take 6 months to be on my account! Theses are cheaters and if I can help and tell anyone before he/she books a flight with them I won't hesitate. Those are cheaters!
I have booked through them to Amman, when I tried to change my flight dates, I called the airlines and my booking doesn't exist. You can find out that they are cheaters and liers when you call them. They keep saying that they will refer back to you or that the person in charge is in a break… various excuses…

Most rubbish company ever I have gone through. Their customer service is extremely frustrating. They can't understand what we are saying and they are not able to explain any reason. Companies charge a lot for any changes, after paying large money they don't ever do the changes that you want. Please don't go for this company. It's a total waste of TIME and MONEY wasted. They changed my flight time without my consent.
I decided to cancel my booking and the cancellation amount which they quoted me was much higher than Terms. When I raised this with dream travel you never receive any response. I provided them all the evidence including airlines cancellation fees but still no response. In the end I had to submit all the evidence to my credit card company and under section 75 they will assist me to get my money back. Stay well clear as the customer advisors blatantly give you incorrect information and if you challenge them with facts they disappear.
I tried to book a return ticket with them for the price shown on every website as the cheapest option given but when I tried to book it, their website didn't let me do it. An error message showed on the screen and ask me to contact the customer service. They are just trying to poach customers by showing misleading information while other websites are better at least they pay for what you see. They have provided their WhatsApp number for help which is again no help nobody replies. I had to call customer service number and wait on the the call for half an hour before someone answered it. And to my surprise they had little knowledge of what they were talking about just some assumptions and not real solution. For the same tickets displaying the same fair on every website they increased the price by £60 on the call and website is still a disaster. I think they just repeating written scripts and real help. Try other websites if you value your money and time.
I booked Business class from Cambodia to Morocco. As the web page changed to the "payment accepted" page, the class was changed to Economy, although they took the Business class fare. I immediately tried to cancel with no effect. For a couple of weeks I slid into their "ignore" file. Having seen so many angry responses to the company's tricks, I politely informed them that, as a brother Muslim, I did not think much of their treatment. Within 3 hrs they sent me an apologetic email. Twenty four hours later the refund was in my bank, albeit minus 500 quid "costs". I would recommend they are blacklisted.
