Why would anybody deal with this company? It took me over 6 months of emails and such to get my item. Don't do business with them, they do not care that you get your item or not as long as they get your money.

I couldn't find a phone number anywhere. What a pain. Now they want me to take pictures of what they sent to show them why it didn't fit. I just wanted an exchange.

I don't work for them, I don't want anything more to do with them. You need to raise a ticket with them and hope that they send you details on how to return it but I'm not holding much hope that they refund you because they made me several promises that they would refund it but in the end, PayPal refunded me the money, not these thieves.

Good luck! I've tried to contact them via e-mail about my order that is now 6 weeks in shipping status(!), and they make it impossible to communicate with them. They keep saying my order number is wrong, and/or the verify code at the end of the form that you must enter is wrong. Despite many tries, it won't go through. They are quick to take your money, but then nothing!

You NEED to call your payment company and tell them you have been trying to contact the merchant in regards to an issue with your purchase but you cannot find anyway to contact them. Then discribe the to your payment company the issue with your purchase and say you want to file a dispute. Also tell them you researched the cost to return the item(s) and it ranges from $35 to $105+ through USPS ( do your own research, my figures or examples from So Cal). Your payment comapny should do the legword to get your refund.

They string you along so that it's too late to dispute the payment through your bank or PayPal (however you paid). That's why they keep sending "please be patient & wait longer" emails. They know exactly what they're doing. They're good at ripping people off.
