Answer:

Don't trust ANYTHING if you are purchasing from China. Most times the items are NOT authentic, do not match the description, and will not be what you thought you were going to get. You will not be able to return it as returning anything to China is prohibitively expensive.

No not reliable I waited 18 days for a plastic bag that was ripped and the material was showing

We are buying a truck from another state. ebay is the holder of the funds. we were told the money would go into a non bearing interest account? seller ships truck at their expense and we test drive it for 5 days.now, we have to go to a location and buy "vanillacards" and the transaction is handled through ebay. we have never bought anything from ebay and doing this is very uncomfortable when your not familiar with any part of the process. if we decide not to buy the truck the owner pays for the return of the truck. how do we get our money back from ebay and how long does it take and how safe is this?

I won't take a risk to go through all that You may ended up loosing your money My recommendation is to go to a local dealer to buy you truck There are so many chinese scammers on ebay end eBay or paypal are not willing to refund large amount of money And they will come up with a bunch of scuses.

To ebayau.com.au staff: i have written on several occasions in regards to: 1. higher amount charged on credit card than quoted in sale price 2. being charged for 'free postage' as per product purchased 3. late arrival of products as per estimated shipping time 5-7 business days 4. receiving completely wrong order -- i i received 2 pairs of asics runners which were not what i ordered. and they were the also the wrong size. to date i have not received any feedback to my email enquiries. regards christine

Look closer; a listing always states whether or not the seller accepts returns. It's near the price area but it's ALWAYS there. Also look at the seller's feedback
