This is by far my favorite place to shop. Whether I'm going to work, the gym, or a date you guys have me covered. I would love to participate in the product review board. The new colors and styles are always amazing.
Fabletics seems to believe that everyone wants to work out with as much skin showing as possible. If it's not cropped, tops are cut at the back or side, hanging open when you bend during exercise. I don't want to adjust my clothes every time I move.
They have good style selections. Leggings have been consistently high quality. Scrubs and other everyday/workout clothes are mid. Lots of loose strings but haven't had any holes so thats good. After a few washes, logo easily degrades.

… and dysfunctional! Telephone contact was a voice recording telling me I'd be long dead (75 mins) before anyone answered. Quality of product varied wildly from "fine" to "made where?". I have to unsubscribe when I have time on my hands to wait for the third world call center to respond
I absolutely love the clothes, annoyed by the time it takes to receive. I'm in Perth, Australia max 15 day delivery time, but my orders take well over 6 -8 weeks to arrive. My last order was confirmed and then cancelled? Really disappointing
There was an introduction invite of a new customer special to try their product. The price was 29.95 for two pair pair of woman's sports apparel. Which I did buy they arrive. When my credit statement came the initial charge did show the above amount. Later they charged another 60.00 for nothing. Didn't order. Anything else. Maybe the greedy staff helped them selves to something on my tab. Total dishonesty on ther part.
Fabletics has generally been pretty good about reminding customers of their member credit on the first of the month, until this past year. I was charged a few times because the emails stopped coming, so I ended up setting up my own reminder. Again, it works well if you know to check every month, and it worked for me until it didn't.
The email reminders have come back in play in the last couple of months, but I'll keep my reminders just in case.

I am always greeted when I walk in to the store. The prices you can't beat and the feeling of the clothes is top tier!
I was greeted with a smile and was able to find everything I needed.
I had an order for a set of scrubs that said it would be delivered within a couple days, the order took almost 40 days and I called customer service to ask them where the package was (as it said delivered like 2 or 3 times) and they said ""sometimes in life we just have to deal with it". My response was pretty much just asking them why they thought that was appropriate to say? There should be some sort of checks and balances in place to avoid that, OR at least set the expectation that it would be 30+ day delivery. I cancelled my subscription immediately following and no one asked why or even cared that they were losing a customer.

I can't get enough, I want them all! I could never afford regular prices but the deals and sales makes it more accessible to me. I'd sport Fabletics every day on every life event and now with the underwear options I'm sure I will one way or another. Love the new brand revamp.
Confusing pricing model, lack of easy and basic info on website about products and fabric, shipping takes forever. Sizing info was less than accurate. Returned entire order (multiple items) to a store, which was actually the only highlight in customer service. Cancelled "membership" immediately, which actually takes a few phone calls and departments, and then felt like a used car experience where multiple "if you stay today" offers were made. I'll never shop here again, but will use this as an example of "here's what a bad customer experience looks and feels like" in customer service classes I teach.
If zero or negative stars were an option…
One of the biggest issues I have with the company as a whole is the whole membership system. You offer amazing deals only to new subscribers. But the existing members get no benefits. I've been a member for over 8 months and only purchased maybe 3 times. Every time I see deals it's for new members only and I ask employees what the members discounts are and they say nothing. On top of that the stores do not carry everything from new collections or stock enough sizes. The one time I ordered in store to deliver to home, the shipping took over 2.5 weeks!
I've been wearing Fabletics for almost 10 years. I recently ordered 3 leggings and they are the worst leggings I've ever worn. Medium was way too tight but large is fitted in the thigh but more loose in the waist, making them slide down with every few steps.
I'm a personal trainer so I'm wearing these pants 9+ hours and I can't get through my day without pulling them up constantly.
The shipping service that Fabletics uses, Pitney Bowes, is terrible! They take absolutely forever and there's always issues. This is definitely not the first order I've had issues with shipping on.
Also, I ordered a jacket with elastic sleeve cuffs and they were so stretched out an elephant could've fit its leg through them, I mean come on!
I like that you vary your selections and have varied colors and certainly keep up with the trends. The quality misses sometimes in that the leggings waist don't stay up and many tops/jackets are not stink proof. Some I've had to stop wearing even after repeated washes.
Sizing with items are completely inaccurate, that is if you can actually order what you want. Most of the best outfits are completely out of stock in matching items, with no restock timeframe. Credits have expired, so you're paying for nothing instead of accumulating something for your money. Also, many items around $30-$40 take up one member credit, so you're still loosing about $30 on each order. Complete waste of money.
👎 they make it incredibly difficult to cancel by placing multiple obstacles in the way. Also, if you have more than one person in your home who wants their own account, they may cancel your order assuming sale stacking, though sizes are different. Which is hilarious and makes no sense.
The package exceeded my expectations— especially the joggers. They fit so well and have pretty good ventilation which is perfect for me because I get hot very quickly. I am about to purchase a few more.
Don't think the quality is great. Noticed pilling on t-shirt collars almost immediately. The only product that I have liked are the One Short 5" which I use for running. I like to try them on before purchasing but can rarely find my size (I wear Small) in the stores.
This was my first time ordering with fabletics since they were having a sale. Shipping was a little slow, but not their fault. Once I got the shorts, fell in love. Great fit, so far great quality. No complaints. We'll see how they hold up.
Like the products, but the mobile website experience is terrible. Site "freezes" regularly requiring you to go back and lose your place. Products are also discontinued so quickly that it's often hard to find things I want in my size.
I love the Fabletics entire line of clothing and accessories, it's my favorite! Great quality, fits well, looks nice for work out purposes or everyday wear! The compression wear is tight and form fitting but functional.I also love the membership program and returns are made simple.
If Fabletics didn't charge a monthly membership fee to get "lower" prices on their items, this may have been a five. I hate the pushy sales tactics that their retention team uses to prevent customers from dropping the membership. The clothes are nice and comfortable, though.
It's not just me but it's my husband too. He loves the men's shorts with liner and your women's line is fantastic. They leggings are comfortable and the higher wait is perfect. Squat proof is the best! The sports bras fit perfectly keeping everything in place. Being comfortable & worry free during a work out is why I am always in Fabletics work out attire
Good product wish they would offer it in more sizes or have more stock. I am generally a big guy so finding good quality, but low price shirts and fitness wear is hard for me. I try to stay up to date on the latest drops but when I try to find my size it is almost usually gone.
Great prices, great sale! I've been a member for over 15 years and love everything about Fabletics. Returns are super easy and the employees at my local store are top notch just like the quality of all their items.
