I ordered a canvas 11/27, still not 1 word from anyone and i have emailed them about 30 times. #229455 is the order number and still not a peep!

Answer:

I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
