on 12/14/20I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error.
I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
Horrible experience! Ordered December 9, it is January 13th. Over a dozen emails back and forth. Two emails saying it was in production. 1 email saying FedEx tracking had been created. A week later still says the same thing. Send an email and now they are saying it's been "lost in transit" and will take another 12 - 19 days to remake it and then still has to be shipped. Asked for my money back. Haven't heard anything yet.

I placed an order 10/29/20, three canvas for three different family members as Christmas gifts. One canvas had the wrong names. I requested a replacement as it was their mistake, was assured a replacement would be sent. As of today, 1/4/2021, STILL NO CANVAS! They offered a refund of half of my purchase price but in no way does that make up for the fact that I ordered in OCTOBER and still don't have my canvas. No priority was given to my canvas that was printed incorrectly by the company. Awful service and I'll never order from them again!
Same here! Deleted all my comments on Facebook ads and now blocked me! No gift, no refund, just a bunch of excuses or auto bot responses
Ditto, I'm in the same situation. Sent them numerous emails and no response. But I keep getting advertising emails daily from them. They spend money on marketing and ignore customer service.
Same thing is happening to me. :( Emailed several times. No answer on the phone number.
