I ordered print 11/26. It never arrived for Christmas. They provide you with fedex tracking number but item never ships. The updates are automated and completely inaccurate. I paid $100 but only received $10 refund. I rather get an honest answer in your gift will not arrive until February or something along th those lines. They have terrible customer service. Please read Facebook comments before you purchase. They told me Christmas day order will not make it.

I've reached out minutes after purchasing due to an autocorrect error and have been reaching out to you guys for a few days... no response yet. Aggravating especially when I keep getting automated responses about "how much you are willing to help" and one personal response that completely ignores my correction- confirmation request.
Frustrated
I purchased something for a Christmas present 4 weeks ago. This item still has not arrived despite getting a notice saying it shipped and being provided an order number. No one in customer service could tell me where it was. I have called twice and sent emails twice. No response to the emails and the calls were a waste of time. While on one call, I could hear a rooster crowing in the back ground. Where is their customer service call center... on a farm? I strongly recommend against this company. Beyond done dealing with them.

I will update this if they ever make it right. I give them credit for their marketing efforts, it appears that they have been swamped with orders. Place order on 12/5 to receive in time for Christmas - it was a No Go. Several emails with a bogus Fedex tracking number. When I complained they sent me a different one showing delivery by end of day 12/31, that came and went. Tonight I received an update that my order was lost in transit - by lost in transit I think they mean never produced. They did send me a digital image! Along with a promise to receive it in 14 to 19 days. I just want my money back. Again I applaud their marketing team, but their customer service needs work.

I'm jealous that others are having this great experience with customer service, the ordering process is great an easy but the only thing is I've contacted this company a couple times and still haven't gotten a response on any kind of update with my order I would love to give them 5 stars but as of right now customer service is failing

Ordered two canvases
During the holidays, I purchased two products from this company. One arrived perfect and I loved it but the second arrived damaged, which I immediately emailed the company pictures of the box and item. They said they never received the photos, so I sent from my work account, citing the original account. They acknowledged, saying they were looking into it and would take care of it. I was very happy with the response. THREE months later, I emailed them again, they are still looking into it... Be very wary if you have an issue. I had planned to purchase more due to liking my first one but ordered from somewhere else after such poor service.
After my recent unpleasant encounter how this company does business with broken timely shipping promises, and I had expressed my dissatisfaction on my prior review, it is only fair for me to update my review after Family Gifts refunded my money and apologized for the shipping issues it had during the holiday season. Customer care seemed sincere with their apology and for this I will give it a 3 star. I hope they learned a lesson of not giving their customers the run around if they want to stay in business.

I ordered an LED canvas as a gift for my best friend. I paid almost $100 dollars for it. It took forever to arrive and when it did it was just a plain canvas! I contacted via email because you can't speak with anyone and they offered me $15 credit! This was their mistake and they didn't take responsibility! I will never use them nor should anyone else!

Ordered a print with family names and premium frame. After the shipping problems it arrived late, but was still in time for Christmas. However after opening, there was a spot with a missing image, so the canvas was showing from behind. But worse was the shard hardware protruding through the canvas. Sent 4 emails now, with images, and no response. Honestly, I would have been happy with a replacement, but no contact back is not acceptable for any business.

I placed my order November 30 it is now December 31 and I still haven't received it! I understand that there some issues with shipping and I have been patient but every time I email I get a different excuse for it not being shipped! The last time they emailed me the said it was placed after the deadline of December 8... I had to do the job of customer service and emailed my order to them and prove it was placed November 30. Nothing like the doing their job for them. Wish I could talk to Kyle Hunt! Or anyone for that matter! My credit card has already been charged... how does that work! Not even shipped!

My order was one that got lost with their pick up and delivery service that goes to FedEx. Never had that happen before while ordering online. Didn't receive the package until after Christmas. Worst part was it took just over 3 days to get any sort of reply from Family Gifts Co.

So far I've ordered from Family Gifts Co. Twice and each experience has been wonderful. The constant updates given on the status of my order along with fast shipping and then the beautiful products... you will not be disappointed.
I chose Family Gifts Co. Because of all the other great reviews I read about them. It shows me how great a company they are. And also their products are unique and beautiful.
I chose the products I did because they perfectly represented my family and the love we have for each other.
Cheap, felt like material, much smaller than expected, the size they show doesn't match the price they show. It's much more expensive... typical bait and switch. I ordered from them to support small businesses but never again! I have called, texted and emailed for over a week with no response. Buyer beware. FRAUD!

Ordered a Mother's Day gift. Paid $3.99 extra for expedited shipping. Almost a month later and still no item. Emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Filed a dispute with Paypal. A-Holes advertise all over instagram. Someone should stop them from advertising. Because of their deceptive practices I didn't get the gift I ordered for my wife's first Mother's Day. Douche Bags!
I ordered the Ocean Dock Color Multi-Names Premium Canvas 36 x 24 for my wife's 50th birthday, which is in mid December. Canvas arrived, well packed, slow delivery. We opened it on her birthday, she loved it, however they printed it on a damaged piece of canvas. There were 2 large puncture holes in the canvas from rear to front. Easy to tell the holes were there prior to shipping. Problem 1, lack of QA. Problem 2, customer service was nearly non-existent to have the item replaced, although their website claims 100% customer satisfaction. It took a little over a month to finally get a replacement canvas in hand. Very frustrating. Buyer beware.

Every customer of theirs is now a former customer. I received an email last night after clicking through from FB to their website. Bought something "in time for Valentine's". Late on Feb 12, an apologetic email arrives from owner saying they ran out of something. All orders placed in advance of cut off will ship Feb 13 (ground UPS). They didn't give you much time to find an alternative present online and had I known, I would have cancelled.
Ordering, shipment, payment, delivery was all awesome and smooth. The product in itself, not very happy. It looks faded. I'm sure it's the scenery I chose but it's not a crisp image like the advertisement showed. Not going to hang it up because of this, sadly I'd say $100 wasted.
I had so problem's with getting my canvas was not here for xmas like they said it would be, after lots of emails, call's and upset we got it and I can say I forgot about the problems when I opened it was beautiful well made and framing was superb and the company even gave me money back of my canvas for all the trouble. I will be ordering from them again I need two or three other canvases this year and I would not hesitate a bit to go back to them. Allow yourself a lot of time on the delivery with the pandemic and everything going on thank you so much for my son and his family's beautiful canvas you have gotten yourself a long time repeat customer
