I am still confused about part of the issue raised by "Ripeka E." This customer was given store credit for an item that was ultimately found to be out of stock. What is the reasoning or policy that prevents the money from just being refunded? It would seem to me that the customer should have the option to decide, no?

Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. When an item is found to be out of stock the money is refunded back to the original form of payment. In addition, we issue a store credit on top of this for the inconvenience.

Don't believe that. If that's the case then 1st where is my refund and 2nd my STORE CREDIT for my INCONVENIENCE?
