Ok, so i placed an order on saturday night for the first time before reading mostly negative reviews. now i'm worried i'm going to get stuffed around. i'm in australia so i'm not expecting my items to be delivered for at least 1-2 weeks if everything goes well. i ordered some popular holly holm ufc gear and i'm hoping they still have them in stock and in the size i requested. i'd like to know if anyone has had any good or bad experiences ordering from australia and if the holly holm ufc clothing is good?

Answer:

I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

No kidding. These fools are liars and thieves. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!

Answer:

I would not worry to much about the negative feedback. You should get your items delivered to you with no problem. It might take a little time to be delivered but I had no problems with fanatics.

I am still confused about part of the issue raised by "ripeka e." this customer was given store credit for an item that was ultimately found to be out of stock. what is the reasoning or policy that prevents the money from just being refunded? it would seem to me that the customer should have the option to decide, no? r. hunt, repeat customer

Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. When an item is found to be out of stock the money is refunded back to the original form of payment. In addition, we issue a store credit on top of this for the inconvenience.

I canceled an order yesterday and on the status of the order it said refunded . although my bank account i haven it received the money back . how long does it take to receive the refund money ?
