I am not sure who Timo D. Is or what he has to do with company, however, based on your question and the tone in which it is written you probably are in the wrong business. Unless your prices are competitive and your shipping is timely you would have to have great customer service. This company is only 1 out 3; Price. Someone like would pay extra for a professional and accurate response not the run around I received. I have found other sites to purchase my products.
I do now but it took jumping through hoops to get it accomplished.
