I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.
The beginning of my problem was never receiving confirmation, so if you've received a confirmation email, hopefully you'll eventually receive your package. If not, it's very difficult to get them to acknowledge you ever ordered anything even if you've got proof you paid. If you experience these problems, expect to get a different answer from each person you speak to. I never received my order after weeks of calls and emails, and then they tried to refund me the purchase price of my order without taxes our shipping and handling. I hope for your sake their services have improved and you don't experience these issues.
Their low level customer service is lacking common sense but i finally got my issue resolved after escalating through their management. The company is not in a hurry to process orders. I received my "Chicago Wants it More" t-shirt 2 weeks after the series was over and could have got it for 75% off on other sites.at this time. Not a regular "Joe". I just wanted my shirt in time for the games.
Good luck. It's the thanksgiving holiday here. They lied to you when they said its 1-2 weeks. It really is about 3 weeks but because it's the holidays add another 2 weeks so you will probably get it in about a month or a month and a half
Believe me, it IS a bad as everyone is saying. We'll never order from them again after spending most of the morning on the phone (12/26) asking if they would stand by the huge advertising promotion on their front page that guaranteed delivery by 12/24 or it was free. To me, free means free, but not to Fanatics. They offered us $65.00 of our $106.00 order back. When we questioned it, they said we should have read the terms and conditions which state they only give back what appears to be half. If the web site says free, then it should be free... period. We didn't receive the order by the 24th and they know this. Just false advertising and bait and switch to get last minute Christmas shoppers. And, judging by the reviews, they continue to get away with it. Well, Fanatics, you say you satisfaction is guaranteed, but, just like the shipping guarantee, it's all a sham. I want you to stand by your advertising and refund the full $106.00!
The quality of the Merchandise is not bad... not that I've noticed. The Customer service is awful, they go by a script, they are completely detached and it's infuriating. I say this because I CALLED and was assured my order would be received... it was a lie, a lie... overnight, does not mean over night in the sense the rest of the world means overnight. So as a result of the PEOPLE, M-DEN is still the best place in all of mankind for Top Quality M gear and SUPERIOR customer service
Just wondering if your items arrived?
I have no idea how they ship international, cannot imagine. My items did arrive and were fine, I just had no need for them after a particular date. I would order again, just not pay extra and make sure I didn't need the items "quickly". Hope all will be okay :)
Dont let all these negative reviews fool you. This company isnt so big into sports related merchandise because they constantly rip people off lol. You only see mainly bad reviews because john or jane doe is mad because everything didnt go as planned so this is their main way to let the world know about their experience. Rarely will a person with a good experience do a review.
Rest assured you will get your item. But as another said you my have a little bit longer wait due to holidays coming up. That's normal. As for the quality of the item you ordered. Fanatics didnt make it. They just resell it. If it's bad quality blame the manufacturer:-)
