I cancelled my reservation within minutes of making it, and ended up being charged for it. I coudln't get any help on the phone with your agents, and finally disputed the charge w/the credit card company, who have taken the charge off my bill, thank God. Now however I have your people calling and calling, and nothing is going to change here. I can't understand what they are saying and I'm done talking to them. Please stop calling!
