I am a size 20 and I ordered a 2XL. I can not even to close to putting my arms in the coat I ordered let alone button it up! I would tell you DO NOT order from this company! The quality of the product was not at all what the picture led me to believe I was going to get.

I have had that experience, as well. However, I did recently notice that the sizing charts, which I had assumed were the same for all items, are actually different for each garment. Utilize the sizing chart, and when half inches are an issue, err on the side of going larger. My size 10 (American) frame sometimes needs a XXXL, but the fit and style are still cool. I just cut out the tag. :)

Order 2 sizes up. I wear a medium so I ordered a large just to be safe. They just fit (they're a bit snug), and the arms are just a little bit to short.
