After waiting 5 weeks, they said they shipped the hoodie I ordered but I never got it... hope you'll get yours!

Yes, I am in the same situation. No delivery, no response and bad tracking number. This company is a scam. Lesson learned, I won't even order anything from them again!

No they are the worst. They will print a shipping label to keep you quiet for a bit and then lie and tell you it was shipped when in reality all they did was print the shipping label.

I was lucky enough for they refunded me. Please do not let six of us that was unhappy about their service, stop you from getting a nice sweater for your boyfriend. I think there is a lot of people that is very happy with their service.

They do not have one. I sent an email and they said that they typically answer emails within 5 - 7 days.

I think this company is bogus. We still haven't received our order in Alberta here. The only way to contact the company is a long distance number if you are in Canada. They have no email contact. The 'tracking' number they provided us is bogus as well. Still waiting for item and suspect it will never arrive
