Is this a legit company as i have been conned before by rosewholesalers??

I recently had to return something to Floryday. Their policy online is not "honest or clear". They say you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. Not true at all. They will give you two options - keep the item and receive a coupon for 50% of its value or keep the item and receive a refund of 30% of its value and resell it on your own. I would have never bought the item had the return policy been more clear.
