on 10/24/15They use very unreliable delivery service and miss 2 out of 3 deliveries and you can't get through on their customer service number to get a refund. They put you on hold and you listen to music until you hang up. They never answer. Try them but good luck getting your money back when they don't show up.
They really are not interested in customer service - they only want to sell, sell, sell - if you try to reason with them or to be reasonable, they do not listen and hide behind protocols or rehearsed scripts. Do not involve yourself with this company if you value either good food or your sanity!
They won't answer this because customer service is just that bad. This company is riddled with issues, and if you are hard pressed to have food delivered to you due to time constraints or other personal reasons, choose another meal delivery service or try Instacart (which allows you to shop by recipes these days).
