why is it taking two weeks to get past the review process. plus there is nobody to talk to

We apologize for the late response and it is our pleasure to assist you. The review process may take longer for properties that are under special servicing conditions. For special servicing conditions, the seller will wait for the investor's approval before any decision is made. Properties that are subject to special sale requirements or conditions include a notation on the property details page that "Special Servicing Conditions Apply".
