Please stay away from this this site for your sanity. The sales sound too good. The pricing is very attractive, but once they have your money they are worse than mafia. I had to lodge a police complain to get my money back from these scamsters.

The authorities should take cognisance of the number of complains against this site and stop this business.

Read all the reviews here and on other platforms and you would see a pattern. Low prices- payment in adVance-once the money comes in -they sit on it for months till either the payer gets tired of following up or he lets go of the money.

Indianroots is a very unreliable supplier. I ordered a few items at the beginning of last year (in February) for a wedding in May. By August I had not received the items even though I had tried contacting customer services on several occassions and each time I was told that they were going to dispatch the order. Eventually in August, I told them that I was sick of this, they told me that all the products were not available any more and they would refund my money for items they could not get which were the main items for the wedding. I had ordered other supplementary items to save on shipping. I was refunded the price of the item and a token cheap scarf was sent with the other items - all by then absolutely unnecessary. I had to purchase from another supplier for the wedding. Do not waste your time with them.

Custom charges are quite high...(around $50 approx for an order of $200)... so beware...

Also once they have your money... you are at their mercy...

Yes you pay customs on orders over 200/ I guess, I haven't paid anything but best way is to ask them by online chatting or by calling them. I think they don't have phone customer service any more but they will be quick to answer online. After sales customer service is horrible. No customer service at all, but products we good. My wife liked all her dresses came from there.
