How do i cancel my acct?

Answer:

Hi Lauren! You can cancel your subscription at any time, but your cancellation will need to be finalized before 12pm PT on the last day of the month to apply to the next month's Glam Bag. To cancel your active subscription: 1. Log into your ipsy account and click on your profile picture at the upper right corner. 2. Go to "Subscription & Purchases" and click "Cancel Subscription." When you click Cancel Subscription," we will email you a link that you must click to confirm your cancellation. 3. Make sure you're logged into your ipsy account, then click on the link in the email we sent you to finalize your cancellation. Ive tried to cancel my subscription several times and i haven't gotten the email with the link to confirm cancelation so i haven't been able to cancel my subscription. i don't know that to do!

Answer:

Your best bet is to cancel whatever card you used, because even if you can successfully cancel, they'll start charging it again after a few months without your approval.
