Saw several negative reviews, but we had the opposite encounter. Was great flight and people at justfly were easy to chat with. They were quick to answer questions, and they were very helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Bait and switch. They advertise lower prices then get all your information (including credit card) then after you hit Submit it's "Flight no longer available" then they suggest other flights that are more expensive or that are not available either. This has been going on for 2 years with Justfly and they have not improved. I've had other problems with their customer service also.

Bait and switch. They advertise lower prices then get all your information (including credit card) then after you hit Submit it's "Flight no longer available" then they suggest other flights that are more expensive or that are not available either. This has been going on for 2 years with Justfly and they have not improved. I've had other problems with their customer service also.

Tip for consumers:
It would be helpful to see the Sitejabber rating first so I'd never use them.

Just don't use JustFly period. They take big advantage of delayed or cancellation to steal your money. You save some money compared to booking directly with the airlines but JustFly is very hungry for free money! So when you need to change something or cancel it because of a valid reason, they will provide you with a very vague reason why you couldn't cancel and get a refund. And you'll end up really frustrated! I purchased 2 tickets from them for $2566 and I ended paying $4743 to get to the final destination, they screw people so bad

Booked with just fly. They canceled my booking over a month ago. Still waiting for my refund. Checks in the mail - BS. They lie and are deceitful. Please stay away. No way to connect with a live person. This is a SCAM

I booked two tickets with Justfly I paid Insurance for both tickets. Price was almost $4,000. We got COVID. I called to reschedule my flight or get a reimbursement. I sent them proof that we were not well. They told me that they will not refund the tickets, but I can use those tickets within a year. When I called Justfly to use the tickets again before the end of the year, they asked me to pay $1,000 as a penalty on each ticket making it almost $6,000. They told me to contact the insurance and also the airline. I have spent more time over the phone trying to talk to someone who can help me but all in vain. They have been giving me a run around, I will continue calling and will keep fighting to get my money back or at least get the tickets. PLEASE, PLEASE Do not get tickets from Justfly. They don't care about us customers. Once they get your money, they will not want to hear from you again. I have attached proof.
I still have a case pending. Very, very upset customer.

Justfly is not upfront about cancelations and rep lied told me I would be issued flight credit since they don't issue refunds. I tried to use my credit and they denied it stating there was a time limit on using the credit which was not listed in the booking email and not disclosed to me so they just kept my 600$. They suck

They have a no credit policy on cancelled or miss flights, they just pocket your money instead of giving you an airline credit like Expedia does...justfly are crooks and I will never use them ever again and I advise you to take your airline business elsewhere

Have used justfly for years and not had many issues except a canceled flight that they did not tell me about but later fixed it. I just bought tickets to cancun but before buying any, I saw that on their website they had tickets for $650 round trip. The dates were flexible but I wanted fixed dates. So I made a mistake and called their customer service. The rep I spoke to lied to me and told me that only one flight is available with only 4 seats left and it is $730 per person. A friend of mine just booked her ticket on the exact same flight so he lied. When trying to buy the tickets two days ago, I told him that I did not see that particular flight on their website. He gave me a bogus excuse that it's because the seats are almost full and only exactly 4 seats left. He then told me the total for 4 people including child was $2700. I approved the transaction. I got a receipt for $2900 instead. I called two days later when I saw the receipt to ask why the rep told me that per person was $730 but I was being charged $758. He told me to divide $2900 by 4 people and it is $730 per person and that my 6 year old son is being charged as an adult. I received an email with receipt showing that my 6 year old child ticket is 100 dollars less than what the reps were telling me and he was being charged as a child under 12. I was told that i passed the 24 hour window to cancel the flight so they said they won't give me a refund and cant help. One rep actually hung up on me mid sentence after he told me to divide the $2900 by 4 people and my 6 year old is being charged adult fees. They are a very dishonest company. I have never spoken to a representative till today but i now know they are shady. Stay away from them if you want piece of mind when traveling or book through them and hope for the best

I originally purchased a flight to Portugal for November, counting on my military son to be able to meet me there for a week to visit his 99 year old great grandmother and then return back with me. After purchasing said tickets at a reasonable price my son mentioned that he would no longer be able to go because of a military obligation. I contacted justfly to be able to transfer my tickets for another day since I was not allowed to cancel. I paid a 150 justfly fee and incurred an extra charge of 60 because of the price difference of the flight and a 199 penalty by the airline. That afternoon my son got confirmation that he would now be able to go and I immediately contacted justfly to get the tickets that I originally purchased back. They refunded me the airline penalty and the 60 difference, however, now the seats were no longer the price I got them but instead 250 dollars more. I had incurred the penalty again and the 250 on top of it. This flight with all the charges doubled in price. Now I'm not blaming anyone for the changes but in military life things definitely change from one moment to the next. The fact that I had just changed them that morning and not even 12 hours passed, and now had to pay the 250 more really upset me. I understood the penalty fee, however the over 250 ticket difference really blows my mind and no one can help me get that ticket price back. They said that my seat was sold to someone else. I never had a seat, I never reserved a particular seat, it is just another opening. If it wasn't for losing the cost of two tickets I would have simply just canceled everything because at this point I don't really feel like going anymore knowing that I am paying double what I started with.

I canceled my flight before 24 hrs and justfly change me $150. Also you can't talk to a live customer service agent unless you are booking a new flight. Any time I called the will send to a virtual text message.
Please don't let them scam you like they did to me because they have the privilege to have my card information. I will leave the proof of purchase and cancellation.
Please spread the news until they change.

They charged me $64 extra for booking 2 seats. There is no phone number to talk to a human being. When I finally emailed and got a human being online, they said that I knew about the charge which is NOT TRUE! I did not know there was an up charge for that. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL "business."

Tip for consumers:
DO not pay this ridiculous fee for choosing a seat. You can go to the airlines and choose your seat for no extra fee.

Justfly.com lures consumers in with low rates only to notify you in a month or so that your flight is cancelled. Then, you will have no, and I mean no, choice on your replacement flight. We had to accept a 6 am red eye flight when we have a 2 hour drive to Chicago O'Hare. I explained this to customer service and they offered absolutely no assistance in meeting any of our requests. We also paid $100 more per ticket to book the later 12:35 pm flight. Do you think we got a credit for being forced to take the red eye flight? Nope…not an option. They are very good at saying "sorry" over and over. Save yourself the trouble and book your travel elsewhere!

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Justfly's customer service, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. From the moment I needed assistance, it became clear that this company does not prioritize customer service or satisfaction.
To start, I had to spend nearly three hours on their online chat, desperately trying to explain my emergency situation and seeking urgent assistance. Despite this significant time investment, I received little to no useful help. Instead, I was met with rude responses, a lack of understanding, and a general sense that the agents had no idea how to address my issue.

When I tried to call Justfly, the situation was even worse. There was no one to talk to, and I was stuck in an endless loop of waiting, only to be forced back into the dreaded online chat. This lack of human interaction was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had a legitimate issue that required immediate attention.

My initial problem arose when the airline made changes to my existing booking. I received an email from Justfly stating that I had alternative options to change my flight, which seemed straightforward. However, when I requested to use these alternatives, I was told that I needed to pay extra fees, despite the fact that the changes were not my fault. The agent's response was that this was just a "generic email," and that I would need to pay if I wanted to make any changes. This felt like a blatant attempt to extract more money from me for something that should have been resolved without additional charges.

The lack of honesty and transparency was appalling. It seemed that once I had paid for my ticket, Justfly was no longer interested in providing any form of customer service. Instead, they tried to squeeze more money out of me for absolutely no reason.

I have used many travel booking websites, but Justfly has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are unreliable, unhelpful, and disrespectful to customers. I will never use this website again, and I urge others to avoid it at all costs. If you value your time, money, and sanity, choose a different travel booking service. Justfly is simply not worth the headache.

When I checked out to purchase my ticket they only gave me the price of the ticket. They did not include the charge for using their service. So this leads people to believe they are ONLY paying for their ticket. It's not unreasonable to be charged for using them to purchase a ticket. However, it's deceitful of them to not put it in your total when checking out. Also they have terrible customer service. You can't call unless your flight is in the next few days so you have to use their robot chat service and you're lucky if you can get a human. The robot said it would switch me to a live agent and I waited for 2 hours and gave up.

Me and my wife bought round-trip tickets from Austin to Shanghai. There was a new government rule that disallowed my wife to take connecting flights in Taiwan. The airline company Eva Airlines said the travel agency should have notified us about the restriction, and this is also what I found online. However, Justfly said it had no responsibility to do so. So, was it my responsibility to watch the news every day and learn this information?

Justfly show you one price when you want you select to buy then they rise the price
I foun the ticket for my family 1,204.80 $ per person
They give me. 20 minutes time frame to purchase
When i filled all our info and credit card info and it was way before my time frame run out
I click on to confirm booking and they rise the price
I don't think is fair to do this tany customers
They should honor the price

Booked a ticket and found out the name on the ticket didn't match my passport when the passport came in the mail. They charged me another $450.00 to change it. When I called the airline-I found out they don't charge anything to change it!

After using this platform for several years, the first time I have a problem I can't get in touch with anyone. The agent at the counter in Tbilisi Georgia didn't know anything about Type D visas and caused us to miss our flight. From there we lost 4 more flights because we had to re route to different countries. After waiting on a chat for over 8 hours I was not able to get anything. The answer was, we can't do anything. I am taking the lost because I am to blame for not getting insurance However, justfly lost a loyal customer. I will never use their platform again and I hope none who is reading this message uses it as well. Companies believe to be immune to our complaints However there is a lot of value in feedback. Goodbye Justfly

I just purchased a ticket and promptly received a receipt directly from the airlines for $35.oo cheapers than JustFly.com charged me. When I asked, they said that was their processing fee. Learned my lesson today. Doubled check the airlines webpage and it was showing the same price the receipt said. Don't use them. They aren't cheaper. Buy direct from the airlines.

Beware of the hidden fees and lack of customer service! I would NEVER use this service again.
They charged a seat request fee that is not shown on their website. The fee just to request seats was almost $90.00 for a service I could do for free. Only until I got the charge on my credit card did this fee show.
I then tried to contact customer service to be on hold for hours, (no kidding), and finally when I could talk to a person they said a supervisor would return my call. I never got a call from anyone!
BEWARE of HIDDEN FEES...

You can never reach them on phone or chat with an agent online. You can't reschedule your flight on their portal. Yes they always have the lowest price but pray you don't run into issues. I had to buy a fresh ticket.

Everything works well, and quickly. My only complaint was that, when being transferred to an airline's site, not once did I get the price listed on just fly. I'm sure this is the airline's fault, however. If you need a last-minute flight, what can you do?

Had to cancel my flight from Edmonton to Phoenix. Bottom feeding scum suckers charged more for cancellation fee than ticket was worth. Last time I use them and my 1500 friends on Facebook are being informed.
