Hey not to be rude but how long does it take for my On Hold Ticket/problem to get answered? I have paid funds but have received nothing in return yet

I used live chat and my problem was resolved a few minutes later but not sure about cases. I just needed to confirm email address to process order.

It can take weeks, they are lie regarding they create a ticket and no e-mail received. They really don't care. Mostly they would lock your funds away and keep them for their own liquidity.

Usually 24 hours. If in 24 hours you received no answer hit them up via live chat and they will speed up everything. Just be patience as sometimes they ask you to wait another day to receive feedback from the seller or something and contact them via livechat again if you are not contacted back, but after that you'll get your issue resolved.
