I've had some questions or mix-ups while using Kinguin. The customer support chat was more polite than I expected. They solved my issues relating to coupon codes and offer listings. Thank you particularly to Margo. I'm a happily returning customer.
Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant. After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow. You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game. I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bull$#*! responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response. Should I take legal actions?

Email was hacked and the hacker used it to sign up to kinguin.net and go on a shopping spree, wanna guess why they used this site. Well apparently according to customer service this site is not responsible for anything on this site. If you are a scammer or thief then this site is a haven for you with no consequences. Naturally that means I was not refunded.
Tip for consumers:
If you just stole someone's credit cards or have some stolen game codes then oh boy is this site gonna be your best friend.

It's very likely you will get used or invalid keys from them, while they just give excuses to deny the problem. Don't risk your hard earned money and choose a reliable seller like fanatical, gmg or simply buy from Steam on sales.

I bought an office key for mac and it was claimed by someone, most likely the merchant, before I could use it. Kinguin customer support took around 10 days to finally resolve the claim and they say since the key was claimed after purchase, it must be my fault. They work with shady merchants so be careful buying from them as Kinguin will do nothing to help you. Kinguin might look cheap but if you run into any problems, they will screw you over.

I paid a fair amount for Norton 360 premium 2 year's subscription, i am incredibly happy with the customer service, i had the key and activated after 3 minutes and i think that's great. The price was cheaper than other sellers or the official site. Overall, my experience was great and i look forward buying again from them. Thank you very much.

I bought an ESET Internet Security license from them for two years, after three months the license stopped going through claiming the license already in used. After an inquiry it turns out the license is registered on other computer.
I was able to contact with the owner and he told me they sold me a stolen license.
I opened inquiries about the issue in their customer service. For now, they are not answering.

Despite claiming certain merchants have great standing you cannot add a review to them nor view others. I bought to copies for me and a friend and had it bot sniped seconds after purchase so I couldn't refund or anything. Used to trust the site but it seems as they don't care about customers views or experience.

I've been a customer for a few years now and I noticed support tends to answer much more quickly the higher the sum you've paid. But stuff is mega cheap anyway so it's fine. Purchase protection is important, so don't be a scrooge and add that as well, otherwise you may have a bad time if something goes wrong.

I'd never use Kinguin again!
I'm all for a bargain but their not worth it. 1st, while advertising Office 10 for $34, at check out they add 2 BS fees and the price goes to around $41. But worst, their access code did not work! I tried all 3 ways they suggested before reaching out to their Customer Service. Initial response was reasonably timely, 1/2 a day maybe, but instructions were not clear so I wrote asking clarification questions. After no response I had to hire a tech at $80 to get it to work. More cost than just buying from recognized places for $100, plus delay and aggravation! I'd give a 0 stars if I could!

Got a key that doesn't work, company asked for screenshots as proof, I have now sent them three times and they still haven't given me my money back. Have had to go through PayPal, am preparing to have to fight over this for months. Really wish they would just admit their mistake and refund me. Will happily revise this review if/when that happens.

I had ordered a buy and play season pass. Long story short I got a code that was already registered to someone else account. I contacted customer support and they told me they could offer me a refund if I provided screenshots of it not working in email. I added full proof with screenshots yet they continue to say it works, when it doesn't. Ive ordered before from this company twice and I know what would work and this didn't. They also felt like threatening me in email to cancel my PayPal case for the expired/used code with their "legal department" to cancel it, and were super unhelpful in general. They denied me a refund for the bad code several times even with proof of full screenshots of the codes not working. Beware of this company selling fake/used codes there will be no way to get your money back unless you charge back with your bank.

As long as the key works, everything is fine. Only if suddenly the key does not work and you need support, it will be catastrophic. No reaction, you play dead. Never again! Fortunately with Paypal paid, there the buyer protection takes effect.

As a key distributor, it is inevitable that there will be a few issues on occasion with purchases. However every time I have had one, as a buyer or seller, the support team have been polite and very responsive to my issues!

They sold me a key that had already been used, with no refund. First purchase from this site and I was immediately scammed.
Looking at all of the other reviews it seems buying on this site is a real gamble, with the chances of actually getting what you pay for becoming increasingly unlikely recently.
Will never give these people my money again, and wouldn't advise anybody else to trust them either.

I bought an old game that had no one playing online. This was my fault and I requested a refund within the next day of purchasing. A purchase of only $13.69, seems small enough to refund, even with their buyer protection plan. NO action was done by the support agent to keep me as a customer.

Paid for a key for windows 10 pro - got a key that was already in use!
Kinguin wont answer emails and they did not inform me that they would require a multitude of very specific screenshots if there was a problem!
They will not own the problem and will not refund my $65 so just a waste

I recently encountered an issue while trying to activate a valid key on a certain website, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The website initially stated that the key was valid for the "rest of the world," without specifying any particular countries. Assuming that Switzerland, being outside the EU, fell into the category of "rest of the world," I proceeded with the activation process.
However, upon refreshing the page, I was shocked to discover a message stating that the key could not be activated in Switzerland. This contradictory information left me puzzled and frustrated.
To resolve the issue, I reached out to the website's support team, but to my dismay, I have been entangled in a two-day-long back-and-forth without any concrete solution. What's even more disappointing is that the seller of the key has not bothered to respond to my inquiries at all.
Overall, this experience has been incredibly tiresome and has left me feeling let down. The lack of clear communication and unresponsive support has hindered my progress and wasted valuable time.
Please take note of this company. They refuse to replace your faulty key simply because you opened it. How on earth are you expected to know if the key is invalid if you don't open it? It's absurd! I have escalated the issue to PayPal in the hope of getting a refund.
EDIT: after 10 days, many emails, refusal to refund, finally got money back via paypal.
U have mixed feelings, I hope they improve customer support.
Changed rating from 1 to 3 stars. No one should lose time with ridiculous claims by support.

I've got like 17 games from this site, 2 of them, the code has already been used.
Luckily the support works pretty fast so they got me a working key after a few hours.
