How to look at photo of delivery?
Do they (LaserShip)ever try to retrieve lost packages? Are the drivers ever penalized for this, which looks like a pattern of theft in my opinion.

Been waiting 6 days for my package to arrive and called customer service and Barely anybody speaks English and was on hold for 1hr and 15mins.

I would like to know how the Driver stated a package had been delivered "at 9:40 pm" and neither myself, Husband or our dogs heard the driver.

Drivers from all shipping couriers, not just LaserShip, deliver to multiple different zipcodes and multiple different packages throughout their day! I was told by LaserShip that drivers deliver until 930PM and I have never had an issue receiving my packages from LaserShip!
