Nowhere in the Madisonseating product description does it mention that their Steelcase chairs are open box specials or refurbished. In fact the Steelcase Amia chairs I ordered in 10/2022 were made in 09/2012 and did no have the fully adjustable arm rests as does the newer ones. However Other than that the chairs were like new. Assembly instructions were not included
