Are max chargers for mac books knockoffs or are they actual apple chargers same as i would purchase in an apple store. also are they new or refurbished. i am looking for 60w magsafe power adapter for my 2009 macbook laptop. i ask all this because i am skeptical on what i see online from you and price offered along with multitude of negative reviews

They are knock-offs, which I did not know for certain until I received the charger.

I just ordered another charger from you because the charger you sent me a few months ago stopped working. i did have a warranty on the one that is not working. what does the warranty cover, and should i send this faulty one back to you?

I received an email stating that my chargers were shipped out on 5/16/16. the chargers were not shipped out until 5/23/16 a week later then the date that was stated in my email. why did it take a week to have it ship from your company.

I paid for expedited shipping (1-3 business days) and its been over 1.5 weeks and i still haven't received the product. had to go to a local store and purchase another charger since i need it for work. really disappointed in the customer service so far. how do i return the product if it actually arrives?
