Is the phone number a bogus number? I get the same vm every single time saying that I am calling after hours even if I am calling during office hours.

Are max chargers for Mac books knockoffs or are they actual Apple chargers same as I would purchase in an Apple store. Also are they new or refurbished. why does Max Chargers and 24 Hour Chargers mask themselves as two different companies when in fact they are the same company?
I JUST ORDERED ANOTHER CHARGER FROM YOU BECAUSE THE CHARGER YOU SENT ME A FEW MONTHS AGO STOPPED WORKING. I DID HAVE A WARRANTY ON THE ONE THAT IS NOT WORKING. WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER, AND SHOULD I SEND THIS FAULTY ONE BACK TO YOU?
I received an email stating that my chargers were shipped out on 5/16/16. The chargers were not shipped out until 5/23/16 a week later then the date that was stated in my email. Why did it take a week to have it ship from your company.
I paid for expedited shipping (1-3 business days) and its been over 1.5 weeks and I still haven't received the product. Had to go to a local store and purchase another charger since I need it for work. Really disappointed in the customer service so far. How do I return the product if it actually arrives?
